Questions people ask
What kinds of checks can Duly handle?
Any recurring check on a building. It comes ready for fire safety, emergency lighting, water and Legionella, pool tests, food temperatures, lifts, gas, electrical and first aid, and you can write your own for anything else.
Do my staff need training?
Not really. Each person sees only the checks assigned to them, the questions are in plain English, and the app tells them what to do if something fails.
What happens if a check is missed?
It’s recorded as missed, not quietly forgotten. You’re warned while it’s overdue, the person you choose is emailed before the grace period ends, and the register shows exactly what happened.
Can I show the records to a fire officer or insurer?
Yes. Download the register for any date range as a PDF, with who did each check, what they found and their signature.
