Pricing questions
What counts as a site?
One building or one address. A hotel with a separate leisure club on the same grounds is one site. Two hotels are two sites.
Is there a discount for groups?
Yes. With five or more buildings it’s £42 a site a month, and £35 a site from twenty.
We’re a fire-safety company. Is there a plan for us?
Yes: Contractor is £16 per client site a month (minimum £129), with a client portal and engineer scheduling across clients.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Send us your asset list or a spreadsheet and we’ll set everything up for free. QR labels are free to print; NFC stickers are sold at cost.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the month. You can download all your records before you go.
